You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by notifying us by e-mail. Once the order has been dispatched, you can not cancel it anymore. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the items will be refunded on receipt of the goods in the same condition as they were sent.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless the items were faulty, or we delivered them in error.
These terms are for compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. We will keep you informed throughout the complaint handling process and give you an estimate of how long it will take to resolve the complaint.
If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the expected delay. You will be given the option to wait for the item to be delivered, or cancelling your order for that particular item.
Any errors in your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to payment/credit clearance and stock availability. Same day dispatch cannot be guaranteed on orders placed after 2pm.
Your parcel will be delivered via UPS, however, heavier orders maybe dispatched using couriers and should arrive within 3 working days.
Maximum shipping cost on all other orders is £5.00.
You will be able to enter the delivery address when you go to PayPal (whichever you choose). Note that this address will be used for delivery, even if you specify a different one with PayPal.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us, you may return it within 14 working days for a refund or exchange. Customers should indicate whether they prefer a refund or an exchange for an alternative size, colour or style.
Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were dispatched, (unused, undamaged and with all original manufacturers packaging and tags attached) a refund or exchange will be arranged.

We will refund the amount paid for the goods and will not refund postage charges that were paid or that you have incurred. If a product is faulty we will refund the original postage charge.
